The leadership of Ware Youth Football & Cheerleading is comprised of dedicated local residents committed to rebuilding a strong athletic foundation for our town’s youth. We are parents, neighbors, and lifelong members of the Ware community working together to bring football and cheer back to the forefront.

Randy Gratton | President
A lifelong resident of Ware, Randy has been a cornerstone of the local sports community for years. With deep roots in the town and a passion for youth development, Randy stepped into the role of President to lead the revitalization of our football and cheer programs. His focus is on creating a sustainable, high-standard organization where Ware athletes can compete with pride and excellence.

Kevin Slattery | Vice-President
Kevin brings a wealth of experience in local athletics to the board. A lifelong Ware resident and a familiar face on the sidelines, Kevin has spent years coaching and mentoring youth in both basketball and baseball. His commitment to the town's athletic legacy ensures that our football and cheer programs are built on a foundation of proven leadership and community values.

Terry Moriarty | Treasurer
Terry is a lifelong Ware resident dedicated to the behind-the-scenes success of our organization. Responsible for the financial health of the program, Terry ensures that every dollar raised goes directly toward providing our athletes with the best equipment, facilities, and opportunities possible.

Brandon Haley | Secretary
A lifelong resident and a dedicated public servant within the Town of Ware, Brandon handles the essential organizational and administrative duties of the board. His deep ties to the community and attention to detail keep our operations running smoothly, ensuring clear communication between the board and our families.

Eric Stone | Registrar
Eric serves as the program’s Registrar and is a driver of the league’s operational strategy. While he is one of the newer residents on the board, his focus is on modernizing the program’s infrastructure to ensure a seamless experience for all Ware families.
